At Hunters Lodge, the established and friendly staffing team support 12 Service Users who have learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health, autism and epilepsy.
The Service Users at Hunters Lodge are very active; they enjoy going to the cinema, theatre, attending football matches, going for meals out and much more… When in the service, they enjoy socialising together in their fantastic garden, arts and crafts, music sessions, magnetic darts, aromatherapy sessions, table top games and sometime simply just relaxing in their communal lounge!

Driver required to support service users on appointments, day trips using the service vehicle
£12.71 per hour - 35 hours per week

About the Role
As a Support Worker at CareTech, you’ll support adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and challenging behaviour to live as independently as possible. You’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred support that promotes dignity, choice, and wellbeing.
Your role will include: Supporting daily living, personal care, and meal preparation
Providing one-to-one, tailored support
Encouraging independence, life skills, and social inclusion
Supporting emotional wellbeing and positive outcomes
Working as part of a professional, dedicated team
